Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Tube Clarity, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What the app does

Tube Clarity shows charts and insights built from the analytics of your YouTube channel. It is provided for information only.

Your YouTube account

You sign in with your Google account and grant us read-only access to your YouTube data. We cannot edit, upload, or delete anything on your channel.

You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account permissions page.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using the app in line with YouTube's Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app. This includes attempting to access data that is not yours, interfering with the service, reverse engineering the app, or using it for anything unlawful.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid features are purchased through Apple or the Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. We do not store any payment data.

Accuracy of data

Analytics come from YouTube and may be delayed, incomplete, or change after we display them. We do not guarantee that the numbers shown are accurate or complete, and you should not rely on them as your only basis for business decisions.

Data and privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app at any time. The app depends on YouTube and its APIs, so it may stop working if they change.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tube Clarity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or views, arising from your use of the app.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it and revoking access in your Google account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
